As I plough on through my personal life in my usual hectic way ,I have realised I need to share with you
My readers some of the things happening around me and to hopefully help you through what ever you
Are going through .
Now the first is a slight sea change in the website with more focus on practical help and guidance
And less pontificating on theology , although with some religious education at school and being
Confirmed as a teenager I am able to help others.
Currently I have acquired two medical conditions : a hernia and a knee pain in my right knee.
Inwardly I see myself as 21 but will be 72 in November this year ( the 19th to be exact)
And tend to overdo things a bit. Any chance anyone out there has got any wintergreen.
I have had an enforced period away from home , from november last year until march this year
At the behest of the almighty NHS. On return home the main priorities have been ; to get fit again
Better organised and a better more friendly person.
